Asking GitHub for the open bounties.

## How a bounty is taken

- Say on the issue that you are taking it.
- Open a pull request that says Fixes and the issue’s number.
- A maintainer reviews it, and merges it or says what is missing.

No bounty pays money. The points an issue names are reputation.

## Propose a bounty

Found something worth fixing? Open an issue in its repository saying what is wrong, where, and how a fix is checked, and ask for the bounty label. A maintainer decides.
