Protected health information may go through Hanzo’s service only once a Business Associate Agreement covering that service is signed. Until then, keep PHI in your own deployment, or talk to sales.

Or keep it inside

The platform is open source and runs in your cloud, on your own hardware, or air-gapped, with Zen weights served on machines you control. Then nothing reaches us.

Identifiers out before the model

Guard replaces identifiers such as social security numbers, emails and phone numbers with typed markers before a prompt reaches a model, and reads the reply on the way back.
